Maybe activations before GTA 6 ?

We ordered May 13th, we are July 04th, what is the **** problem bro?

  • Okay, you're having problems with COVID19.
  • Okay, it takes you some time to install the PCs,
  • Okay, you've got a lot of orders,

But what the ****, you can't give your customers the information to keep them informed about their situation? I didn't get any information except a "general" email telling me, we'll be late, and that's a month later. 
 

It is now July 4th, when is my SHADOW going to be activated? Is it possible to have a date? In 2032? When will COVID-45 come out? You think you can activate our shadows before GTA 6 ?
 

I have a big community on Twitter and Youtube, and believe me, I'm going to give you some nice publicity.

Well the status is posted here for each data center  while it does not show the exact date it does show how far the queues are

Having a month wait time sounds good to me considering the wait in paris their hq is october.

I ordered 26 May…. Every week we might get locked down again and I’m stuck with a shitty Mac. PLEASE MAKE THE PAIN GO!!!

for real tho, i bought it a couple years ago, legit put my card info in, downloaded it, and was emailed a code within minutes of my account info. my credit card expired so having to get new account and tried months ago, waited a few weeks with no activation or even estimate to when. i looked last night, the website said “instant access in live regions, check for your region” i did, mine was live. i bought it again because of that, and still have no access. what the actual rubber ducky, i guarantee they are using that money we already paid to refund cancelations and try to fix their mess while we just sit here waiting with one response “sorry for the delay”

Pre COVID this was the norm.  Activations in just a couple of hours or less even.  Unfortunately we’re in the middle of a global crisis and its certainly not ideal for any business currently.  If you want to cancel your order I’m sure that support will work with you.  None of the regions have been touted as instant access for several months though at this point, the wait times are clearly stated on the checkout pages.

it wasnt tho, it clearly said on the website “instant access in certain regions … check your region” i checked and it said my region was ready for instant access. i took pictures of it too when doing it cuz i knew some shit like this would happen again.
