Missing Subscription & Billing and My Orders info


I am in Dallas and pre-ordered shadow on 04/23. From previous posts I understand that activation should occur before the end of June. I was in the midst of a 90 day trial period which ended 06/06 but had been able to access and play my games up until 06/09. I went in today (06/14) to check on my activation status and when I select either the “Subscription & Billing” or “My Orders” tabs I get a blank webpage. refreshing either page puts me back at “My Account”. In addition, where once next to “My Orders” there was a (1), there is now a (0). I get the same blank page both in Chrome and  Microsoft Edge.

I noticed in another thread some one mentioned this might be because I am currently being activated but as of yet I have not received an activation email. 

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated as I have loved the service up to this point.

Mine is doing that. I only have 1.30 Gigs left. That’s just 3 games. LOL Need more storage.

Same with me same thing is going on, no clue why it just happens, I Have contacted support and they’re saying they are having issues right not with their website furthermore they said my order is being activated and I should have it soon.

Are you in California too? Mine got activated but now can't access it. I was told by them to try and browse privately. But that didn't work either.

I’m willing to wait and try to be patient though since the 90 days I had to try it out were awesome and the service kicked *ss. :thumbsup:

And yeah, space is an issue. The downloads to the service were really fast though so I didn’t mind uninstalling and reinstalling games. However, I can see how that could get old fast.

I’ll let everyone know when/if things change for me. Good luck to everyone else. :vulcan:

Oh it's a wonderful service. Got activated today installed 3 games all run flawlessly.

Pings little high about 40ms but can't complain running these games high res ultra and so smooth.

Coming from GeForce now. Shadow so far for now seems better.

I am on Discord. Thor. Also have my own discord server for my clan and guild.

I opened a ticket I got told that they’re experiencing problems with their website and said to contact them if this carries on I’ll contact them tomorrow if it doesn’t work

As I answered you before. Keep talking with support, they are the only ones that can help/resolve this.

Going on day 2 and still hasn't been resolved. I sure hope they'll have storage to buy by then.

Getting kind of ridiculous now. Last they told me was they were going to let the developers know after I sent them browser logs.

Quick question. What form of payment did you guys use to order shadow? Credit card, prepaid, PayPal?

Oh wait can't use those forgot. Credit card or debit bank card only I think.

I used a debit bank card. So that can't be it.

Update: Well the account home page is fully functional again, so that is good.

According to the subscription page, I’ll be charged for my subscription starting on July 11th. Not sure if that means I won’t be activated and charged until then or if activation might be sooner (according to the activation updates I should be activated by the end of June) and this means something else. 

On the bright side, I was able to add storage which was nice. I’ll keep checking shadow to see if I get activated sooner and update this thread when that happens.

Yeah I added a couple of 256s. Was a big help. 

Well, I have access to Shadow again and the added storage is on there as well.

Yep their service has been excellent. Aside from some lag but nothing to bad. Thanks shadow for fixing this. 😀
