my account wont load

I’m trying to check if anything on my shadow account has changed and I click on “my order” and gives me a white screen, I’ve tried restarting the app, logging out and logging back in and whenever i refresh the page, it tells me to update my billing info but I can’t cause it gives me a white screen

Mine doesn’t either. I need to order more storage but can’t because of this issue.

Mine doesn’t either. I need to order more storage but can’t because of this issue.

Please open a ticket with support regarding this issue.

I did. I have several people talking to me but it seems their not hearing me.

Well then you would just have to keep talking with support, they are the only ones that can help with these issues, unfortunately :(

I’ve emailed support and got an email talking about “Are you trying to buy storage?”, people in the discord have talked about this problem too but nothing has been said officially

Hi Guawpgetterc, thanks for reaching out about this issue.  If this happens again, we’ve found that using a different browser or incognito mode has worked for other users.  I’d recommend giving that a try just in case there’s something stuck in the cache/cookies that may be preventing you from seeing your account page.
