in the my orders tab it says i have 0 orders but i pre ordered boost for the ny datacenter on may 2nd. 

and when i try to log onto the shadow app it says you are still getting activated but when i look at the subscription and billing tab it says 

that i am going to pay or something but i cant log on. if this is correct then it isnt intuitive to me and im confused but if it isnt working properly then help

Hi @ClebyHerris,

It looks like to be activated soon. You'll receive an email when your Shadow is fully activated.
Don't worry, the billing date should be updated with your actual activation date. :wink:
