My VM disappeared from my requests

Hello friends! I made the purchase of my product, for a few minutes on my panel, it appeared that I had 1 machine to be active, however, when refreshing the page, this machine simply disappeared and now it says that I have 0 products. What do I do?

Hey there @DznCamarao, that is completely normal. This means that your pre-order for Shadow is now getting fulfilled and is moving along in the activation process.

 

Once the pre-order is fulfilled and your Shadow is activated, your subscription should show up in the "subscriptions" tab of your accounts page and should be under "My subscription".

 

If you are unsure about the status of your pre-order, I recommend reaching out to our wonderful Support Team from your account page (https://account.shadow.tech/home/support) so that they can help look into this further.
