I'm going to be honest I'm a little bit mad and a little confused so this might read as incomprehensible apologise I just purchased it today 2021. After purchasing it it said that I had to wait for an email to be notified I'll be set up now I install Windows operating systems on computer servers every other day I figured that most giving a hugely away would take an hour. After few hours have gone by I still have not gotten any mail I decided to log in on the website and look around and now I'm seeing that you took my money but you're not going to give it to me for months it didn't say pre-order it said purchase it didn't say that I had to wait or anything I live in Iowa I chose the Iowa setting give me the nearest one which should be Chicago I want and looked up the Chicago I typed in is a keyword it's all Chicago Towers will not be available for basically two more months my money and having me pay you monthly bill for nothing? What's really going on here if you're not giving people what they're paying for right away you should tell them before they purchase it you did not Quest why is this happening why are you taking people's money and not giving them what they paid for without any notification of you don't intend to give it to them for months that's not right that's dirty business latest, anyway you like to straighten it Up you can't sell somebody something don't take their money.Last no if this is not the case and I am wrong please straighten me out tell me what's really going on explain to me why it's taking more than 4 hours explain to me why I'm reading other post and other sections telling me that I'm not going to get what I paid for 4 months I read something wrong did I look at the wrong thing tell me I'm wrong I really hope I am if not wrong with how you're running this business that's my personal opinion and I'm allowed to have it you don't want to take my business shut my account off refund my money block me do whatever you like but I'm just being honest with you and open and that's what I expect from anybody that I talked to honesty and openness hi things I sure don't
