I’m sure this is the N’th new thread about this topic, but I would really like a new update on activations (for me in Amsterdam). Weekly updates are still promised but the last update was 2 months ago. The activation date in my account has now passed and I would like my Shadow activated or a new estimate.

they are doing the same crap with me. and no answer from then, its a scam in my book. big time

Activations are currently on hold. Test activations were started in the first datacenters, but have not resumed at full capacity yet. A delay is expected. Feel free to contact customer support. They might be able to answer your questions in more detail than here on the community forum.
Yeah I already reached out to support. Got a response within 30 minutes. They’re having some problems after the takeover but expect to activate my instance at the end of August.
i pre order in june and i was already activated today so they are gradually summarizing the activations and to my surprise i really have a 1080 and not a Quadro
Hi, I logged a Ticket with support, and for the Amsterdam DC, they should activate more accounts (like mine that should have been activated 29th of July) at the end of August. So lets hope this estimate from support is acurate.
