For your future reference, you should receive an automated email from us when your Shadow is activated & ready to go. You an also check your account page to determine if you have an active subscription or not.
Generally, when your order is next in line for activation, the order should be moved into the "subscriptions" tab of your accounts page and should be under "My subscription".
