I have a preorder with the Amsterdam data centre, placed on the 1st September. The latest update on activations says they’re activating orders placed between the 4th and 7th of September this week, but my account says my Shadow will be available April 2021.

You ordered from the UK. It means your order has been placed on Paris’ datacenter.
Please contact the support team from your customer account to ask if a transfer is possible.
I know I ordered from the UK, but when creating my account I used the Netherlands website and set my country in my profile as the Netherlands (Shadow automatically set it to this which is why I was under the assumption I’d be getting put on the Amsterdam data centre).
Is this just not the case then?

I think the IP address might have a role. Anyway, an activation date for april surely means you are on Paris.
