last year in autumn I pre-ordered a Shadow Ultra as an existing customer (from Germany). Unfortunately there were problems and the activation of my package was postponed to early summer. Now it's the end of May and next week the summer officially begins. Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates as to when I can expect an activation. I have absolute understanding that further problems or the COVID-19 crisis might cause the whole thing to be delayed. However, a little more transparency would be desirable, when it finally goes on.
Hence the question: When can I expect my Ultra to be activated?
