Paris Activation a big disappointment !!!!

Hey #TeamShadow,

 

Today i came to talk about this frustration and disappointment toward the Paris server and all this delays in activation. I pre-ordered my shadow boost on the 5th June 2020 and they said that it will be activated on August 2020, 2 month of delays which is fine and i completely understand with all this pandemic going on, the staff will be shortened which will result on a delay for the activation.

The thing that i can’t understand is how all the other severs are able to activate a large number of shadow accounts in a short period of times and ours cannot ? How the other servers activate 2 weeks of pre-order shadows accounts in a week and our server only activate 3 days of pre-order shadows accounts in a week ? How all the other servers are now activating June and July pre-orders and ours still in the beginning of May pre-orders ? Each time you are delaying the activation by a good amount of time.

I find this very unreasonable and frustrating, i’m very disappointed toward your services, i had some really high expectations since i heard about you but at the final you couldn’t even offer the bare minimum which was an access to your services to test its quality.

Pretty easy explained: They still accept every and all pre-orders, without any hint, that it will take months. #scam

 

Second thing, the US market is like a hundred times bigger than for example Paris, if they fail to deliver there, financial loss/impact of bad reputation is way higher. (That they are able to activate people there way faster proves, that their own statement “we can’t get deliveries from China due to COVID 19” is 100% Bullshit, cause apparently they get deliveries...)

 

And last but not least, as Shadow is a company that shits on its customers, as they demonstrated to all of us that pre-ordered ultimate and infinite in 10/2019 and were told it will get delivered in 02/2020...but then they told us, “ah sorry we just wanted to collect pre-orders first, will be delayed another half a year lol” (and now even fucked us again, by delaying it by another half a year...), you need to lower your expectations to the absolute minimum.

the problem here and what really makes me angry is that they can’t keep their promises...we can perfectly understand the delay is due to COVID-19, but when you give to your customer a specific date you must respect it. We would love to test the service and enjoy it as well but if every time they gonna come with some unreliable excuses it makes the customer loose all the trust toward the company. I really hope they will fix that kind of issues by the next weeks or it will be a shame to see a service go down just for that kind of irresponsibility.

Anyways to answer the OP… It may seem slow, but it’s all down to the amount of orders per day made.. So those days may have had a lot more orders than the week before it and even the week after it… Up to July 22nd is the goal to be done by end of October.. So it’s not that your June order is delayed by 2 months..

Activations will continue throughout the rest of August and then September, lets say for example your June 5th order was originally due end of August it might now be the beginning to mid of September, meaning in reality it could only be like 2 weeks later than it was meant to be.
