pre order date was october 2019

Hi,

 

wondering if anyone can help as I pre order my shadow ultra in October 2019 and I was wondering if other people have waited this long for it. I am in the Paris data centre all my pre order date stays end of summer

 

please help

Hi @ArronUK123,

You may be aware that Ultras/Inifinites configurations encountered delays. Since mid-February, we know that these configurations should start to be activated by the end of the summer (as indicated in your customer account information). :wink:

“should start to be activated by the end of the summer” funny...because the mods over on discord said, “latest by the end of summer”. Shadow customer communication on point again
