preorder?

I pre-ordered boost on May 24th. It is now June 25th. For almost a month I was told that my shadow would be activated in June and that I would be on the NY data center. I received an email confirming that my pre order was received and processed.

Now can't check the status of my pre order. The page that showed the status of my order is gone, replaced with the page that asks me which tier I want to pre order..

Soooo am I still going to receive my activation email sometime in June and be able to play? Or did your system somehow lose my order? Jw because June's almost over and I'm reading a lot of posts from people who've been waiting wayyy longer than me who still haven't received their activation...and now your websites suddenly acting like I never pre ordered.

Would really just like some kind of reassurance that I have no been patiently waiting this whole time for no reason.
