I have registered an account with Shadow today. I’m not very happy with the software and I would like a refund for this months’ subscription. I have signed up for around 3 hours and the games have been incredibly laggy, even though I have good internet and a fairly modern PC. Please can you advise how long it will take to receive a refund or who I need to contact about this.
I won’t take any bs excuse that I have ticked a box to say I will not get a refund. I know my consumer rights and if I’m not happy with a product, I should bloody well be entitled to my money back.
