renewal subscription not processing

Hello in need of some help I am a reoccurring Shadow subscriber I was away for a couple of months and came back to want to renew my subscription and none of my payments are processing each card I use has the valid amount on the card but still the payment doesn't process. Is there anyone that can help so I can get back to work using shadow.

The best place for support for payment and billing issues would be Shadow Support.  I’d recommend reaching out to them by submitting a ticket through your account page.
