Setting Up Shadow

My “My Orders” under account says zero instead of 1 and when I log-in to the app on my mac, it says: We are setting up your Shadow in our nearest datacenter.” 

Am I getting close?

Your Shadow is likely in the process of being activated. Feel free to check your Subscriptions tab on your account page https://shdw.me/account. It would say “waiting activation”. This usually means that your Shadow is about to be activated.
