I am trying to connect to my Shadow via the app for iPad OS. After waiting on loading screen with the message “Waiting for Video” for a minute or so, the app is always returning to the app home page.
I have tried shutting down my Shadow, waiting for ~15 minutes, and then attempting to reconnect, only to achieve the same results. I tried troubleshooting my internet connection based on the help article here: https://help.shadow.tech/hc/en-gb/articles/360011196119, though maybe this is out of date? All of my results were above the minimum requirements.
I’m not getting any error message from the app, so I have no idea what is causing the connection to fail. Any advice here short of a full Shadow factory reset would be much appreciated.
