I need urgent help!
My Subsciption pre-order that I placed waaaay back in 2019 has disappeared. I got an email late March stating COVID had impacted the activation and they were expecting it around early 2021 and offered boost services that would activate that month.
Every few weeks I log in and check to see even Boost hasn’t activated.
On logging in today I see BOTH subscriptions have disappeared without warning!
I have submitted a ticket but I am furious beyond belief at the moment!

There’s no report about orders disappearing. Yeah, wait for a response by the support team.
In the meantime, please do a CTRL + F5 on the order tab in your customer account. The refresh the cash. It may just be a display error.
