Subscription states my membership already started but shadow is not activated yet

I pre-ordered my shadow May 2nd. I checked my account today to see that my subscriptions starts on June 9th, so I assumed that my shadow is already activated. 

According to the shadow software I am still awaiting for my system to activate. 

Is this what’s supposed to be happening? Just a little confused.
