I recently noticed that other Shadow users are getting support replies. However I noticed that I’m not getting replies back from the support team. I made two messages to the team around 3-4 months ago and didn’t get a reply back. Is this a known issue due to COVID? I checked my spam and inbox but there was still no messages back. The only emails I get from Shadow is the newsletters.

Update: Once I switched from the Legacy subscription to Boost subscription I was now able to get support. It seems that if your still on the Legacy plan the system doesn’t create a ticket for you.
