Many people in the community help of the discord are complaining about being banned because the automatic shutdown function not working. I was just sent a warning email about the exact same thing. Been a customer for almost three years (maybe, memory is fuzzy of exactly when). Can someone at shadow please look into this issue and also my situation. Sent a reply email like they did and it set up a ticket and I am expecting an automatic response.

Yea this is honestly just crazy to be honest. They need to fix this ASAP and give everyone’s Shadow’s back who were falsely banned. Or they can at least reimburse them with their money back or some type of repayment for this.
