Sorry to hijack this thread, but the current situation with Infinite and Ultra needs more discussion than ARM support in my eyes.

We've been waiting for over a year and all we're told is "as soon as we have some solid news we will let you know"!? Yeah, of course you'll provide us with news once it's ready, but our preorder from 2019 is long overdue! Your default answer provides us with ZERO information.

The account dashboard has not been updated for months and we are now in the targeted timeframe, "early 2021". Either update the date or provide us with a status update. We don’t even have a thread dedicated to the current preorder situation.

If you really care about the community, this should be the weekly topic. You should have noticed that by now almost every second comment is about Infinite or Ultra. Do something about it!

Well I have seen that other people commenting on the shadow news thread have the same problem as me.. Idk why this is in the help section. I posted a comment there and it landed on technical assistance. I don’t know if you did that on purpose, if yes then pls ignore

My comment was originally posted in the Shadow News thread but got moved here by a moderator without my consent, so the context is missing now. This happened to many other comments as well.

Fact is, nobody will answer these comments - they all will remain unanswered. They will continue to ignore these questions and they will continue to skip over uncomfortable comments in the Shadow News streams.

This is the worst treatment of the community I have ever seen and they don’t even want to change their behavior. I’m hopeless. There’s no way to get an official statement that isn’t a generic “we will let you know as soon as possible”. We’ve been waiting for almost 15 months now.

 

This is my last attempt to get a clear status update.

Give us some clear news, explaining the current issues and a plan for the following weeks. The last update was 6 months ago!

I understand your frustration, but the way to make your voice heard isn’t by breaking the rules.

You can either create a new post like this (which I did for you) or you can ask the question during the free Q&A part of the broadcast (and I hope you do). The one place you can’t post the question is in a thread that specifically says only questions about ARM processors are allowed. Sorry. I agree it’s a good question and one that many want to know, but that’s not where that question belongs.

That said, as far as your actual issue and what you’re wanting an answer to, I’m just a volunteer so I can’t answer it myself. I would if I could, but my silence is because I don’t know the answer.

What I can say is that you are heard. Your frustration is coming through loud and clear. I don’t know what the response will be, but once there is one, I’ll be sure to let you know, if you don’t get a response directly.

I am beginning to find the time long. Looks like kids are caught and don't want to say anything. It is clearly shameful. We understand why Shadow does not take off.

 

Everything was excusable if they had communicated in time, it is really borderline.
