I have the cash on my card, but it seems like whenever I press pay. I constantly get a message stating the purchased error ed. I can't buy other things perfectly fine EXCEPT this. (Yes, I've contacted support. It's been the same thing so far. Currently waiting for another response.)

I ran into the same issue last night and have attempted to contact support on this matter, I thought I was typing my information in wrong but come to find out I type it in 3 times correctly and now have 3 separate bank charges ready to go through on the 1st of November.
OP check your bank statements to make sure you weren’t charged already.
