If this is in regards to the Ultra and Infinite plans, both of these plans will be offered to a limited number of users this summer before wider availability later this year. You can sign up for our Shadow Ultra & Shadow Infinite mailing list here: https://shdw.me/ultra_inf_list if you haven’t already.
We don’t have a concrete timeframe as to when these upgrades will be in your area. The best I can tell you at this time is to take a look at our shop page: http://shop.shadow.tech/ and select your state for a better idea.
