I created my account and paid for Shadow. I got the conformation email of the order at 1:30pm now its 10:01 pm and I still havent had my VM activated or even recived an email. It said that it would be ready within a hour. It has been 9 hours what going on?

When people sign up they are pre-ordering shadow and are subject to all that pre-ordering a product entail.
Shadow activations are based off load. As shadow prioritizes existing customers experiences, they will activate new users when the capacity allows.
That should be added as a disclaimer before a customer decides to purchase a subscription. Strange that it hasn’t been.

same here, preparing to cancel. service is a joke.
Thank you for the reply but is there a way or a person I can talk to and keep in touch with to get a better idea of the current load and possibly get a better estimation on the activatation time.

Same here actually I got it at 4:00 p.m. still haven't gotten activation email I'm in New York and it said under 1 hour on the site.
Exactly the same. And I paid almost the same time and same day as you. And it was saying “Under 1 hour”. That was simply false statement.
