okey, now its almost 29 days since i should have gotten my pc. ive been waiting a gat damn year for it!!! a year without any straight answer or anything from you people. Im beyond mad at this point and really thinking about taking this brand to court, cause you have not lived up to any promisses given to me or any of us. a breach in contract big time, and you do not stand good in a case like this. So either you get ur heads out yall asses and start delivering what was promissed or get ready to close all the way down. cause if i sue, i go all in. cause im dead tired of these scammers like ur selfs

its the 30th now, another month has passed and i still aint got jackShit to show for it. wth is taking soo long, and how hard can it really be to deliver something i should have gotten way back! just bring the damn pc or admit u cant deliver anything

@BizlockFett I think it's a good year to be calm, especially in this community forum where nobody has done anything to you, nor is anyone talking to you responsible for activating your shadow. Due to recent supply issues and the new Hardware provider things got slowed down a bit and will soon return back to normal. For now the first new deliveries were made and over 10.000 shadows have been activated since the new leadership. Feel free to reach out to customer support and ask for an update on your case.

ahahahah like that shits gonna help! dont u think ive tried constantly. yet they still dont respond, this is a giant scam company. IVe wanted for soo gat damn long, that ive started a lawsuit against these scammer punks. so noo i wont stay calm these clowns are straight up rippin people off

@BizlockFett You can cancel your pre order at any time and get your money back if you don’t like what’s happening. Why exactly are you aggressive towards us, when we haven’t done anything to you? Nobody is interested in discussing this with you here, nor can we help. I hope you lose a lot of money with your lawsuit if you started one. 99% say they have started one but never do anything ;)

now i got a message that it was ready, yet when i went in. it still wasint at all near it, maaan im starting to get really angry at this stage….wtf is up with this Sh… why send me an mail saying its ready when its clearly not

Please take time to read what you signed up for. Pre-orders are just that pre-orders the product comes when it comes and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons. If you are un-happy about your pre-order you are welcome to cancel for a full refund of the purchase price. -Gelgoog

I am locking the thread. If you wish to proceed with legal action take time to read what you agreed to in the terms and conditions over with your lawyer so they know where to send the legal papers to.
