Where is my activation in under a hour?

Hello, I have noticed its been 4 days since I ordered my Shadow and it still says under 1 hour.
Do anyone have a approximate of the time? 

 

I sat the data center at Georgia, USA because I bought it for a friend with VR.

would that be the issue?

 

also my discord is in my profile if needed.

Also i havent got the chance to choose the datacenter or the configuratio. Maybe because i had a shadow once?
