I PreOrdered Shadow today at like 3 in the morning and since you guys activate Monday-Thursday and ETA for activations is July (and you guys are ahead on schedule). Does that mean I could see my account activated this week or next week?

It’s a queue system. So those ahead will be activated first.
There will be an update today how far the activations have progressed for each data center.
