Hi everyone, my preorder status changed since yesterday and my subscription and payment site tells my, that my subscription ist active since 25. June. But everytime I'm trying to login I get the error “A:403 - e-mail or password incorrect” but I'm pretty sure I used the right ones. I also tried to login on three different devices (iPad, MacOS, Android) and changed my password. Is this maybe normal through activation? I hope someone could help me out. :) Greetings Oma (from Germany)
On 5 October I was billed for my first payment under the new pricing structure. going from $12 USD to $30 USD. While I understand the need for this price increase it does bring up a concern. I was fully prepared to transition from Shadow Boost to Ultra when it became available. My logic was (and is) that $360 a year would still be less than I’d likely spend on PC hardware upgrades over the same period of time and the hardware on Ultra was more than adequate for my needs. Now I am essentially paying the same monthly cost as Ultra without the benefit. The hardware currently running “my” Shadow is the equivalent of a six year old gaming PC. Which brings me to my question.How long will we have to wait before we find out what the new hardware landscape will look like for Shadow? Speaking frankly and for myself alone, the $30/mo I am spending for Shadow could easily be put into a new gaming PC with better specs.
Hi there, so while searching for any official news regarding current activation progress on infinite preorders, I couldn’t find anything. On german discord servers, moderators said, that the “by end of summer 2020” means the latest activation date. So I guess it is safe to assume that some/most people will get activated earlier. What is the status here? Why is there no official post about infinite activation progress?
Greetings,So, I just today ordered my Shadow Boost, and how come it says I’ll need to wait until March 29, 2022? That’s like, a year and I don’t understand why do I need to wait so long? I’ve seen other people get their Shadows in like, 7-15 days yet i need to wait a whole year? Adam

You are taking a BIG step backwards, putting me back in the dark AGAIN and making me want to cancel my pre-order and just buy a PC! I’m sure there are others feeling the same way. I came back after a few months of inactivity. Every time I’m trying to resubscribe I’m getting “Legacy customers should use our initial interface”What exactly is initial interface? I was looking everywhere for an option to subscribe, nothing. Only preorder option giving me this msg every time.On top of that I found out that power upgrade priority is for people that still were on boost waiting list. I was on Infinite list for months and cancelled after Shadow announced they will not offer Ultra and Infinite anymore.And I was an user since the beginning of Shadow.Now I remember why I cancelled.C’mon man!
Hello, I'm requesting a refund since I was only able to properly use the service for like 24h and then it started stuttering on it's video after 10 or 15 min of logging into shadow, I have checked everything and still stutters and freezes for no reason, I have also tried GeForceNow or Xbox Gamepass cloud service that requires the same amount of network capabilities and never had one issue so it is not an internet issue or my peripherals.
I’m sorry, but I am not going to pay 29.99 for the exact same PC. Either you guys show some transparency on why in god’s name you’d up the price and eliminate the other options, or I, and I’m sure many others, will be cancelling.
Hi, last year in autumn I pre-ordered a Shadow Ultra as an existing customer (from Germany). Unfortunately there were problems and the activation of my package was postponed to early summer. Now it's the end of May and next week the summer officially begins. Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates as to when I can expect an activation. I have absolute understanding that further problems or the COVID-19 crisis might cause the whole thing to be delayed. However, a little more transparency would be desirable, when it finally goes on. Hence the question: When can I expect my Ultra to be activated?
So my shadow £17.99 after 2 and a bit years is now nearly double the price monthly £32.50. With it seems no increase in specs or service at all and an outstanding upgrade dating from 2019.How is a doubled cost justified by the company when there is no addition of service or specs? What price is expected for the ‘elusive, upgrade that was £24.99?… £50? Your present customers weren't given options with your new pricing or a range of plans for customers. Just an agree to this price or service will terminate at end of billing cycle. Thanks for coming now off you go. I for one am disappointed and look forward to any reply

My Shadow sub recently disappeared (possibly relating to the changes going on currently). So I went in to re-subscribe and the only option I get is a pre-order for Shadow Boost in March 2022. Does this mean I can no longer use my Shadow even though £29.99 has been debited from my account today? I saw this post but does that mean everyone has lost access to their Shadow accounts until 2022?
Hello, I have noticed its been 4 days since I ordered my Shadow and it still says under 1 hour.Do anyone have a approximate of the time? I sat the data center at Georgia, USA because I bought it for a friend with VR.would that be the issue? also my discord is in my profile if needed.
