Bug Report - Cursor Keeps Freezing

    • Every 10 or so seconds, the mouse cursor freezes in place. Sometimes, the mouse is still usable, but the cursor is just frozen.

  • Steps to reproduce the bug (required)
    • Start the Shadow
    • Use it. It is most noticeable in Chrome.
  • Application/device, official or beta, and version number (required)
    • Windows Official Launcher v4.22.9 Client v3.9.8
       
  • Additional Context
    • Provide any additional information here
      • I get 100 down and 30 up with an average ping of 18 to the Dallas server. I mainly use the MacOS application, but the issue is still there on windows. I have contacted support about the issue, and is still currently working on it. Support Ticket 804330, Send Logs ID SRGQZG

After reviewing the support ticket 804330 (which seems to be resolved), it appears you mentioned the issue was related to your home internet as it worked fine when testing it from another network. I’ll go ahead and close this bug.
