Error R-0xC0000374 only on Surface Pro X SQ2 ARM Processor

Issue/Describe the bug
- Error R-0xC0000374 every single time a stream is closed, or the Shadow is shutdown on Microsoft Surface Pro X SQ2 ARM processor.

Applications/Devices:
-Windows 10 20H2 19042.789

Versions:
-Launcher v4.20.7 | Client v3.7.5

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start Shadow
2. Enter password (another bug is not being able to save login).
3. Shut down Shadow either by using Windows-Shutdown in Shadow VM or closing the stream window.
4. Error R-0xC0000374 appears. Have to manually turn off Shadow in help menu.

Additional Notes
-This error does NOT occur on non-ARM Windows processors or a Macbook Pro with Apple ARM processor.

Hi Jeff,

 

The dev team reviewed this bug and concluded that unfortunately the Shadow app does not officially support ARM processor Windows OS computers (https://help.shadow.tech/hc/en-gb/articles/360015561600-Hardware-Requirements-For-Using-Shadow). The Shadow app may partially work but you may encounter various bugs/issues until ARM is officially supported for Windows computers. No further action will be taken on this bug report at this time.

Hi Jeff,


Thanks for your detailed bug submission and following the template.

 

If you have not already done so, could you also send logs from your launcher immediately after the error code appears? (Help section of launcher > Send logs button)
