Portrait Mode and Virtual Gamepad

Add an option to have it so while in portrait mode you can have the controls on the lower half of the screen and the shadow stream on the upper half of the screen for phones like tablets or foldables. It would be VERY useful on the surface duo

- Also repositionable controls and having the ability to swap A and B / X and Y so it looks like a nintendo console would be nice.
