Hi,

I was wondering if anybody knows when Shadow is going to be offering double monitor support. I used to use two monitors on my mac but after using Shadow I’ve had to retire my other one.

Thanks,

Phoenix

There’s a program called “Spacedesk” where you can use LogMeIn Hamachi to create a second monitor. It’s a bit buggy and you’d need pretty good internet, but it works. I mostly use it to monitor twitch chat or OBS if I ever do streams

The alpha version has dual monitor support but you need 2 devices.

Yeah I’ve heard about this but I don’t really have a second device so I am more interested in using just one device

I know there's a workaround on the Windows side where you launch another alpha instance in a sandbox, and then you can have one shadow window in one monitor and the other window in another monitor but I don't know if there is a way that can be done on macOS

Alright I’ll be sure to check it out, macOS isn’t very good with that sort of stuff so I understand your hesitation about that
