Halo Infinite not launching on shadow boost

As i said in the title I installed halo Infinite onto my shadow boost and whenever I launch it, it immediately crashes. Anyone else having this issue? Any does anyone know how I can fix this?

Same problem. 

I have the same Issue. I think the problem is the GPU. My Shadow has a Nvidia Quadro P5000 (VRAM 16255 MB) and Halo needs 4 GB VRAM

Sry, my mistake. 16000 MB VRAM is more than 4 GB.

Hopefully 343 or Shadow are able to fix it, whomever’s side it is on. This is one of the few times my PC doesn’t cover even minimum specs for a game so it not being on Shadow means I can’t reliably play more then a game or two.

 

Pretty tall order having people pay 29.99 a month and then not even responding on your forums. Its been essentially a full business day and these forums aren’t exactly that popular so posts are hard to miss.

Same! Infinite doesn’t seem to work on any VM from what I’ve heard around.

Maybe lets get as many people to submit tickets to 343 as possible? https://support.halowaypoint.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

It’s another situation like Genshin…. except genshin explicitly said it wouldn’t work on VM’s in the launcher lol. None of us really got to see this coming, unfortunately.

Same issues here, I’ve tried verifying the files and I’ve tried loading without the resolution textures.. no dice so I’m thinking theres something going on on there side.
