For some reason, the Android TV application only gives me the options of 30fps and 50fps. Is there any way I can access Shadow at 60fps on it?

Which Android TV device are you using?
A Thomson 43UC6406 TV.

There are going to be some inherent limitations with Android TV running on the TV itself, depending on how things are implemented by the manufacturer...probably best to start with official Shadow support (through your web portal) to see if they have any information on that specific TV.
