Title says it all, I’m trying to get full body tracking using Virtual Desktop, Shadow Boost, an Xbox One Kinect, and an Oculus Quest 2. Just wondering if the Kinect would show up on the USB peripherals list (and work) before I spent $20 on a power adapter. Thanks in advance!
I had my first experience in attempt to render a high resolution single image for a world map and was cut off. The image was being rendered in the Eevee engine and it said it was going to take about 38 minutes. I understand that if a user is idle that you turn them off to save resources. However I was actually using Shadow for the reason why I signed up for it in the first place. My original attitude of satisfaction of this service has vanished.
Hi all, Please can you recommend a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse for the Shadow Ghost? Do they work by connecting to the Shadow Ghost box directly or via a usb dongles? Are you able to pair keyboard, mouse and controller via Bluetooth at the same time? Thanks Will
Related Info: Fiber connection 100+Mb (virgin Media) Using Shadow Ghost on WiFi Hi community, I have been struggling to find the perfect setup for connection reliability for my Shadow. I have been recently working from home and have been using my MSI laptop for streaming my Shadow PC. I have have minor issues with it but mainly due to my powerline adapter, sometimes the connection drops to an usable state and I have to swap to WiFi, but my MSI only connects to 2.4Ghz connection. I have decided to plug my Ghost back in and use this over the WiFi at 5Ghz connection. I have checked my router settings and it shows the Ghost on a 5Ghz connection, it has an as good a speed as my Samsung S10+ but, when I login and run a automatic speed test it suggests to run with around 10Mb bandwidth? There aren’t many devices on the network that would cause the connection to deteriorate, but it is becoming more frustrating to use. Using my ghost, I have to constantly restart the streaming because t

Hey All - This is my first post, but I didn’t see this being discussed yet. Has anyone been playing Valheim on Shadow? I have had Shadow for 6 months or so, and overall its been a fantastic service and games play wonderfully. However Valheim has had mediocre performance. Admittedly I ussually play on 4K resolution (i have base level Shadow). However dropping down to 1080p has not made much of a difference. I am usually getting around 30 FPS. If I drop all settings to absolute minimum with lower resolution i can get maybe 50 FPS. It’s not an overly graphical game, and I dont see the computer system manager spiking too much.Anyone else had similiar experience? Any tips to increase the FPS?
Hello. I am curious to know if Shadow will work with Windows 11. (Windows 11 on my personal PC, not Shadow) I normally download the insider builds on my personal computer. But I want to know if I should stick with Windows 10 beforehand. Will Shadow have issues at all - USB peripheral / drivers installation, graphics and audio issues, xbox controller compatibility, or if Shadow freezes a lot, and more laggy-ness?? Any answers and criticism would be welcome. Thank you all.
Any plans to support connecting to Shadow with a browser (e.g., Chrome)? The desktop client works fine, but one thing I really like about Stadia is the ability to jump into a game easily if I’m on a different machine without having to download anything. I realize things like peripheral support may not be possible in a pure browser scenario, but in my opinion that’s a worthwhile tradeoff.
If you set up virtual desktop with your quest 2 like I did and found your entire shadow PC missing it's sound here is how I fixed it in just 1 click Go to the VR desktop app and open it. Click on Audio Streaming and make it Headset & Computer Also unclick the "use virtual driver " box as well" This worked immediately for me
Gonna be trying shadow and wanted a pretty cheap decent device that’d run 1440p and 4k (Thinking of upgrading to the better plans when/if they are available) Link to device: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082VZP76P/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=A19DTZHT4S76Z5&psc=1 It says it supports 5Ghz wifi but should I just get ethernet cable anyway for faster speeds, If I do get this machine?
So I see that the iOS keyboard and mouse functionality is now showing on the public trello roadmap. Realistically, when should we expect to see the first version available in test flight? There are a lot of us eagerly awaiting this and want to be able to provide feedback and testing as early in the process as possible.
Hello, I just bought a Shadow Box to an ex member for use 2 monitors with display ports. I have a 24" Qled samsung and an Asus TUF 32" V32VQ1B.When I plug in the Asus screen alone, the image is not stable, not sharp. The resolution is directly in 1440p and I can’t change it (monitor or Shadow. When I plug in both screens, only the Samsung 24" works. The Asus 32" tells me no signal.Do you think the problem comes from the resolution of the 32" which is too high for the Shadow Box with 2 screens to manage? Or are both screens no longer managed by the Shadow Box?Thanks for help, I hope there will be:)
