Can remote production Software be run on Shadow? ie vMix, Lightstream etc

I’ve got delivery of my Shadow a little earlier than expected. I will be running games mostly but I just wanted to know if there is the option to run software like vMix etc to do remote live video production? Thanks in advance

XBox FUSION Pro Wired Controller on macOS

 Hello Shadowers, Received the PowerA Fusion Pro Xbox Wired USB (no bluetooth) controller for Christmas https://www.powera.com/product/fusion-pro-wired-controller-for-xbox-one-black/It does work well with macOS Catalina and Shadow but I had to fiddle around a little first. Wanted to share how I got working and some ongoing quirks. Updated the firmware to latest https://support.powera.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035586772-FUSION-Pro-Controller-2019-Release-Firmware-Update-v1-24-for-Mac   Installed 360Controller Driver for macOS: https://github.com/360Controller/360Controller/releases   Reboot, and plug in controller   Goto System Preferences->Xbox 360 Controllers and check the Controller appears and works in Controller Test   Finally, make sure you click Advanced->Pretend to be an XBox 360 Controller checkbox Launch Shadow and start streaming. Controller should appear in shadow’s list of controllers and work in your games.IMPORTANT: Every time you reboot, or unplug the controller you

Issues with an AceMiniPC

Hi everyone, for christmas my family bought me an AcePC to run shadow and play games. I have terrible stuttering issues when I launch Shadow App but when I play on my mini laptop everything is ok and I don't think he's even better than the MiniPC, first I was thinking it was because of the screen which is maybe too high resolution but after switching screen the problem is still here.  Application type : Windows Shadow Client Version : Official Local device CPU : Intel Celeron N3350 1.10GHz Local device GPU : Intel HD Graphics Datacenter location : Paris Connection speed : Download (55Mb/s) / Upload (54Mb/s) // Ping (14,25ms) / Jitter (2.98) Description of issue : Stuttering and pixelised screen every seconds

Servers in Mexico

Its Shadow possible in Mexico? Id meet to many people  who wants to buy Shadow, but theres input lag and another problems, I went to Mexico the last year (I go to Mexico frequenly) and Ive used my Shadow normally, 50-60ms, but I have 15ms or less in the Dallas server (Im from Texas)

Does the new Chromecast with Google TV work with the Shadow Andriod TY app?

Hi Guys, Maybe i want to buy the new chromecast with Google TV. Do you guys have any experience how well the Shadow Android TV app is working on this device?I am planning to use it with the Xbox One Wireless controller. Its a fairly new device and i am hoping somebody tested it and can give me some feedback :) Its maybe a good alternative from the Shadow Ghost, is cheap and the availability is better than he shadow Ghost (havent seen the Ghost in stock for a long time in the EU sadly).

i have a trustmaster T300 alcatara edition I've been trying to use this on shadow for a long time but I can't get it to work it works a bit but the force feed back doesn't work i have installed all the drivers but then the healing send no longer works can anyone help me?

Is Body Tracking doable on Shadow VR?

So I've been playing on my Oculus Quest headset using Virtual Desktop with Shadow. I have a cheap old laptop and I normally play alot of VRchat PC mode. What hardware should I look into for trying body tracking with Shadow VR? Is this doable?  Anyone with any backdoor tricks or crazy ways to get full body tracking with shadow VR?

Powera controller

Hi,I was going to buy a Powera Xbox One wired controller. Is this likely to work on Shadow with the Windows 10 client?  I know it is not on the official tested list but it seems to be a popular and low cost option. Is there a better choice out there at or about the price point - about half the cost of a Microsoft controller.CheersBen

Would the CHUWI Herobox be a good purchase to run Shadow on it?

Graphics display monitor - problems in photoshop and Illustrator

Hi, just wondering if anyone is using a graphics display monitor with shadow and experiencing problems with certain drawing programs. I’m using an Huion Kamvas as my only screen and Shadow recognises my pen as a cursor but as soon as I touch the screen inside photoshop or Illustrator it minimises the screen and kicks me back to the desktop. It’s weird because the pen works fine as a mouse outside of Ps and Ai, just doesn’t work within these programs (which is what I signed up to Shadow for). Anyone else had this problem and managed to find a workaround?

Intel HD 4400 Graphics finally usable on Linux

Integrated Intel HD 4400 Graphics hardware until now was unusable on Linux, see https://github.com/NicolasGuilloux/blade-shadow-beta/issues/12 or https://blade-de.zendesk.com/hc/de/articles/360011067120-Bekannte-Fehler-im-Linux-Client#h_01EC5DX63WJMSNG7FCXRK10ECB.This still is not solved with client 3.7.5, but at least you can now switch to the new software rendering, which imo is a very acceptable workaround. SOLUTION Secondary Screen with Shadow

Ahoi dear fellow users of the photonless universe,I needed dual display support for my setup so i wrote a quick guide for everyone interested in doing the same. And before anyone complains, yes the native client main display is better for gaming because of the higher refresh rate (spacedesk has 30 FPS), BUT for anything besides fast paced First Person Shooter it is good enough.All you need is ZeroTier (https://www.zerotier.com/) and spacedesk (https://spacedesk.net/). Setup a private network in ZeroTier (great guide found here => https://support.paperspace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004997928-How-to-Create-a-VPN-tunnel-with-ZeroTier-Windows- ) Install ZeroTier on your PC and Shadow AND accept network sharing Join the network created in step 1 AND Authorize the clients! Install spacedesk Server on your shadow and restart Install spacedesk Viewer on your PC and restart Open your Shadow to make sure spacedesk DRIVER is running (check in Taskbar by clicking on > "show hidden
