Issues with an AceMiniPC

Hi everyone, for christmas my family bought me an AcePC to run shadow and play games. I have terrible stuttering issues when I launch Shadow App but when I play on my mini laptop everything is ok and I don't think he's even better than the MiniPC, first I was thinking it was because of the screen which is maybe too high resolution but after switching screen the problem is still here.

  • Shadow Client Version : Official
  • Local device CPU : Intel Celeron N3350 1.10GHz
  • Local device GPU : Intel HD Graphics
  • Datacenter location : Paris
  • Connection speed : Download (55Mb/s) / Upload (54Mb/s) // Ping (14,25ms) / Jitter (2.98)
  • Description of issue : Stuttering and pixelised screen every seconds

I have the same issue, i even tried buying a Beelink Gk55 to see if it was the device. Same issue

I have the same issues with an AcePC and Celeron J4125 processor.

I noticed in the resource monitor (via task manager) of the mini PC, that it is the “GPU - 3D” graph that registers over 90% load while the rest of the hardware is almost idle.

Could you check if this is also the case on your system?


I will open another thread tonight with more details and also maybe contact Intel and AcePC about this and let you know if I find a solution.
