Hey all!
Does anyone use Roccat stuff? I’ve got a mouse that I’m trying to program the lights on. Can’t seem to get my shadow to recognize that the mouse is plugged in through the swarm (Roccats program) software.

Hi. Using Shadow, mouses and keyboards can’t be recognized by their software on Shadow (except on Shadow’s own hardware client, the Ghost and the old Box).
Using a Shadow software client, like the Windows launcher, or MacOS, or Linux, and so on, it won’t be possible.
You’ll have to set your mouse and keyboard on your local computer.
Hey! Did you manage to get to the bottom of this? I've just bought the Roccat Burst Pro mouse and I can't seem to get the swarm software installed on my Shadow to recognise the mouse is plugged in.
