does shadow track what keyboard and mouse you use e.g. Razar , logitech, steels series and allow you to chenge the lighting effects, dpi, macros and keybinds on them with their own softwares?

This would be possible using the usb peripherals option in the client and passing those devices through. But this is not recommended for a number of reasons. Although this does work on the Ghost without an issue iirc.
