I want to know why it won't let me upgrade to infinite from Ultra

because they’re not available at the moment
you have to be in a waitlist and once it’s available again depending on your place in the said wait list it will ask you if you want to upgrade

This statement is incorrect. The way they have it setup you are unable to upgrade from ultra to infinite, even if it's available. You can go from boost to ultra or infinite but you can't go from ultra to infinite.
