Shadow needs: Website 2FA login. Everyone has it. Just add a damn 2FA method. Even a scrawny mail with a code would be better than nothing. Even better if phone or authenticator app. 2.Login Permission. On user setting in the website account, it should be asked and confirmed to the owner of the account (via mail could work too) the permission to log in to the windows machine.Which means: I have a Shadow Ghost and 2 PC with shadow on it. If I set the option on, every time the shadow clients turns on and tries to connect to the machine, I should receive a notification like "Device x is trying to connect to shadow, allow?". Not a one time only thing, but always, if I set it in the options 3.Disconnect all devices.I'm hearing people already telling "Change password dude".No, it doesn't work. Change password is fine if you are connecting from a new device on which it will ask you "Log in through the browser" or with qr o device code. But it won't disconnect any already authorized device. Hi,Sad to say that I pretty much instantly noticed issues when trying to use the android app on my tablet with keyboard attachment. (S8 Ultra with the official Samsung Keyboard/trackpad cover) The trackpad works but there's no gesture support. Two finger tap for right click, scrolling etc. Using two fingers to scroll only registers as a pinch to zoom. Also no single tap to click meaning having to physically click which feels weird as I haven't had to do this for centuries. I can't use the touch screen to scroll. It just causes everything to highlight. This means I have to wiggle the curser around over the scrollbar and wait for it to pop up and then drag it up and down the page to scroll which obviously isn't ideal. Apparently my device doesn't support tablet mode so haven't been able to try and see if this resolves anything. I also don't believe the system recognises that there's a trackpad being used as there's no setting for trackpad gesture control etc but feel this should be a par
I am using a Logitech Flight Yoke and Rudder to play MSFS. My host system is MacOS 13.0. I initially had the problem that only one of the two were forwarded. This was solved by installing the shadow alpha, see this thread: However, a couple of days ago the USB forwarding driver got updated and since then the USB forwarding behaves as before: Only the first USB peripheral works. The second one still gets recognised by the OP system and also MSFS, but the signals aren’t forwarded.
I saw a recent roadmap/release notes post that says:Gamepad as Mouse: You can now use your controller to direct the mouse cursor using the shortcut L3/LS+Share/Back. Help and Tips will come later in the Quick MenuDoes this mean I can use the ios Shadow app virtual controller on my phone as a mouse as well? And if so, how exactly do I do that? While I know I can use the touch screen, on a phone the screen is quite small, making it hard to select things precisely with my fat fingers :P
I don’t know if this happened after an update or it mysteriously just happened. Since going to Mac Os 13, my nintendo pro controller doesn’t work on my MBP 14 inch M1. It seems to only partially work, one or two buttons work, but the rest are unresponsive. It works with the shadow PC app on my ipad pro.I tried uninstalling the USB forwarding drivers from shadow and reinstalling, that did not help. Also unpaired and repairs the controller.I want to log a tech call, but the shadow app directs me to an old shadow portal that doesn’t work and I don’t know the URL for exactly where to get help.

Hi, streaming is very smooth at 1080p but it’s unusable when connecting my laptop to a 4k display - I’m assuming this is because it’s not powerful enough at decoding the video and is dropping most frames? If it’s not an issue on my end, are there any system requirements for 4k 60fps available so I can look for something suitable to use instead of my laptop? The ones on the main website don’t even mention the GPU, and I far exceed them. I have:CPU/APU: Ryzen 5 3500u (Zen+)GPU: integrated Radeon Vega 8Beta client, no power upgrade (I will if I can get 4k to work)Network: 10ms to datacenter, >400 MbpsYouTube streams with 0 frames dropped at 4k. Screenshot below is streaming a 4k 60fps YouTube video (not the actual game). It keeps freezing for about 1 second every 2-4 seconds. It looks like frame dropping? The latency graph looks very different to when I stream at 1080p (it’s very smooth, 10-12 ms). I’ve tried messing around with the bandwidth options and they don’t seem to make any dif
