My pc have a 1366 x 768 resolution, and the shadow pc can have only 800 x 600 resolution.I tried to change the real pc resolution, to disable and re-enable the function to automatically change resolution on shadow, to change manually resolution on shadow but nothing appened.My shadow doesn,t want to change resolution!!
The app on my iPad constantly will have it stuck on “you must log back in” though it’s acting as tho I AM logged in and it says to “start shadow”No matter if I clear the app cache, delete and remove and re download it’s stuck there.although it doesn’t actually have me logged in, and clicking the option to log out doesn’t do anything. The only way to get any other option to come up, is to turn off data and Wi-Fi and then click on the app, which then I can log in via browser… if I turn back on Wi-Fi and cellular, it prompts me to log in via browser but once logged in kicks me back to homescreen and the same loop repeats of it saying “you must log back in” edit: to add I did try power cycling device several times, and I also clicked “reset shadow” on another browser in my shadow account to no avail
my card was charged and i did not receiver my shadow tech! it told me my card was declined and then i saw a notification from my bank saying shadow tech stole money from me, ive contacted my bank and contacted support but nothing is helping fast enough so please someone try to give me a soulation because i am really panicking and shadow tech isnt cheap..
The launcher updated around an hour ago, and since then i have not been able to log in to the launcher. When i click log in with browser i type all my information then it redirects me to the launcher but still says log in with browser, and Its the only button i can click. What do i do?
Bonsoir/bonjour, Tout est dit dans le titre mais en gros, j’ai pris un mois d’abo PlayStation Plus pour tester sur pc. Tout va bien SAUF QUE la manette, officielle et neuve, de type DualShock, que ce soit en bluetooth ou en USB à ton pavé tactile qui n’est pas reconnu et les jeux n’offrent souvent aucune possibilité de remapping. Quelqu’un aurait-il une solution svp? Merci bien!
I used to have no problem connecting to my shadow with my iphone 8 plus, but today when I launch the app and try to connect, the app just seems to hang. The screen says “connecting to shadow” and the lil logo animation is doing its thing but it never connects. I even tried running my shadow on another device to make sure my shadow is working and it is, but even with it running the iphone app doesnt seem to want to connect. Anyone have any thoughts on what to do?
I want to broadcast me playing Beat Saber to my family and I use Shadow to play it. Whenever I add a remote screen through my laptop while in VR, I can hear everything in VR but the remote screen has no audio. is there a way to give the remote screen audio while also maintaining audio on my VR?
I’m having an issue forwarding two USB peripherals on Mac to my Shadow. I’m able to see both devices in the forwarded peripherals list on my Shadow, but only the _first_ one I click to forward actually sends signals to my PC. That is, I’m able to click both “forward” check boxes, but I only get signals for the first one I click. I’ve reproduced this on the prod application, Beta, and Alpha, and can get each peripheral to work correctly independently, but not both. Any ideas?
I have a ticket escalated to the network engineers. My latency bad enough where I can’t use it for gaming anymore. There hasn’t been any real update. This whole weekend and then some, I haven’t been able to use my Shadow for its intended purpose. Ticket #954512 Can someone/anyone help? It’s getting harder and harder to justify the service.
Hi. I have been trying to connect my USB flash drive (NTFS format) to my Shadow PC running on my Mac (Monterey 12.4). However, after I clicked on the Shadow icon on the top, I could not put a checkmark in the checkbox next to the name of my flash drive in “USB Forwarding". Is there a solution for this issue? Hey! I’ve recently been enjoying shadow for the past couple of years now. I really like the idea of shadow and hope it’ll grow 100% international. The one problem I have is I tend to move/take trips to other states alot. and Shadow doesn’t work. Would there be a way to switch databases for a small fee of $5 - $10.I would pay that,or is there a way to switch databases right now?
Hi. I just installed the Shadow app on my iPhone. After starting the launcher, I tried to log into windows with my PIN but the virtual keyboard doesn’t show up when I use the cursor to click in the text box to enter the PIN. Is there a solution for this issue? The image below is just an illustration that I found online. I didn’t bother to take a screenshot on my iPhone. Sorry. : P
Okay so my screen is stuck on like a safe mode display I tried to get to the personalized pc but nothing just kick me out when I click display and even tried to change the resolution in the shadow app before launch and nothing so I need help . Is their something I’m doing wrong

But, i can drag-select, left-click and right-click. it seems moving but the cursor not, it’s very strange. In the screenshot below we can’t see the cursor (idk why), but is not moving
hi there,my shadow pc is stucked to windows update screen after a restart it to install some updates. I’ve turned it off and on again to see if this could solve the problem but at the restart i get stucked at the same screen.plus i can’t login into my account on the site and dunno why.any help?
On iOS 15.5 shadow 3.9.10 (but happend on other versions to). It never starts, it saws starting shadow or connecting to shadow, but it never does. If I wait it will just close the connection and puts me on the start screen again. Then only way I know for sure it will start is when I get the pop up about keeping my graphic driver up to date, but there is no reliable way to get that pop up. This never happend when shadow was still 11,99, but now it's 29,99 and the service really has degraded! What I've trieddiffrent network Manually shutting shadow down waiting several minutes before booting up again changing settings like fps, resolution and bit rate before starting Logging out and back in
I cancelled my account in March. In June I got suspicious e-mails about validation codes. I figured they were phising attempts and did not click on anything. Then I got a change of e-mail notice. Again didn't click and just ignored it. Then I check my credit card and it has been charged twice. Shadow is asking me to send them a picture of my drivers license and a piece of mail for proof of identification…. on the same e-mail that clearly was compromised for the person to reactivate the Shadow account. I’ve asked them to cancel my account and they won’t. They said I had to log in and do it….so I tried and got the “oops something went wrong message” Asked for a phone number and they said one doesnt exist.. Please be careful with using this service.
My normal latency is around 8-9ms, but then for some reason, the game I’m playing slows to a crawl or even freezes when I get this latency spike of anywhere between 200ms to 400ms and sometimes as high as 500ms, every 10 minutes. You can see from the screenshot how it’s regular as clockwork.I use ethernet direct to the router and have a FTTP 400Mbps connection. I’ve also run PingPlotter and can see it’s coming from my side of the router.Can anyone hazard a guess as to what could be causing this? Anyone with experience trying to nail this type of issue down?Something on my local machine?Some other IoT device on my network?
Hi,I’m having a reoccurring but intermittent issue booting my virtual machine. At least once or twice a week I find after launching the Shadow App, the progress bar hangs midway across. If I click to connect to the machine, I can see a black screen with the Windows 10 boot circle which has frozen / stopped spinning - at this point I'm unable to shutdown the machine and found the fix is to close the App and simply wait 10/15 minutes and try again. It has always worked on my second attempt.The problem has been ongoing for a month or so and each time its happened I've tried to remember to log a support ticket, more so incase there is a wider issue with the hosting infrastructure, however Shadow Support have confirmed back each time saying there isn’t.As I can see the circle (which has frozen) this indicates the machine is in the final boot phase so I suspect the issue might be driver related.Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this?
