I use port forwarding (which I have working) and my device shows up in the file explorer as my D drive, but when I go to open it, I get a dialogue with the header, "Location is not available," and next to a big red X, it reads, "D:\ is not accessible." 1-2 lines below, there is another message that says, "Access is denied." Now this message is self explanatory, but I still looked it up. Everything said to go to Properties > Advanced and change the owner (which I did). I also set all the groups to have all permissions (Full control). I still get the message even after restarting my local device and my Shadow PC. How do I fix this?
My shadow was going well until playing warzone I hit a pull and removed the game re-entered the warzone but the same thing happened to me pull and it was removed from the game until I decided to restart the shadow l I have restarted and now is when it does not start it gets stuck in starting and so I have been two or three hours until I have opened a ticket and I have tried some things that I have read in this forum but nothing works for me.
Hello all,after I upgraded to Kubuntu Ubuntu 21.10. Is Shadow a pure disappointment. When I start the luncher with: allow_rgb10_configs=false ~/Downloads/squashfs-root/shadow --no-sandbox. (I can't do anything else right now see: https://github.com/NicolasGuilloux/blade-shadow-beta/issues/53) I get a violent flickering, video then off, video, then off, and that in more 60 frames per second that you get eye cancer. Hello, I Have an Issue with USB Forwarding with my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick (All though all Other USB Devices will not forward) This Happened After I Got “Maintenance” On my shadow, it Worked before, but not now. The Maintenance was for Microsoft Flight Simulator Crashing. It Is not Speed or ping as I have tested that, and it worked before. Can Someone Please help me? I Have Also Ordered Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo Flight Controls and I Would like to be able to use them before they arrive. Sorry If this bothered anyone :)
Hello Had a bank change that affected the payment. Went on the shadow site to update and it wont accept? go through all security but “fails to regualize”. So, i tried the One time payment. Same thing. So i tried a friend,s card and the same thing happens. That was 3-4 days ago. I have tried contacting support but no response in the 3-4 days. I have also tried paying it 10+ times with 3 different cards. I am at a point where its going to be deactivated in 2 days. Any one else been ignored in this state? is it becauseim still on the £14.99 deal? I might be paranoid but its going to suck to lose my service when i have been trying to pay! and a little suspect that i am being so ignored? (weekend maybe?)
As the titel says, im a MacOS User and use a Mac Mini with the Apple M1 Chip from 2020. I am a bit curious because I was told that the Mac itself is Bad to Decoder 4:4:4? When Gaming at 4K Witz 4:4:4 Even when gering 60FPS in Shadow the picture/stream isbt smooth - but when turning ist down to WQHD Or FullHD it works fine (beside looking bad ob a 4K Display) .. So, is the mac itself the issue or shadow?🤔I have 1GB Download/50MBS up and use the normal Shadow fie 29€

Final Fantasy XIV is a bit laggy for constant 59 fps. I had a message that my connection is laggy (I got more than required as hardware and internet). The actual Shadow issues is the cause? Thanks,
Can you please provide contact details for finance and complaints department? I am entering my third month without Shadow and you're still taking payment and offering no ETA.At the moment, Shadow is stealing my, and other people's, money and not providing a solution. All while still selling the product and activating for new users.
I have been using shadow for the past 2 weeks on a Chromebook and use the shadow app from the play store. But it seems like all because that one update will not display video. It will say “loading video” then go back to the main menu to “Start Shadow.” It will continue to repeat this. Any ideas?
I have been unable to log in via a browser ever since this new design update was implemented. I click on “Log in with browser” and then proceed to do the stuff in the web browser. After clicking open in shadow beta blah blah blah, It returns to the application but does not log me in. It just stays on the screen that says “Log in with browser” Please fix, I can’t use the beta or alpha versions because of this.
