I don’t know whats going on but my bandwidth was always fine at 24 mbit/s but then halfway through a play session i get a huge lag spike therefore me having to go all the down to 5, its still completely playable and i have no problems but im just wondering why its doing this ive never had a problem, been a shadow user since last year around fall or so.
Hi All, I have done stupid thing and cannot load shadow anymore. Monday I have played with settings on my shadow and disabled “Ethernet Device “ I was under impression this will disable internet for my web browser inside shadow and etc, but never thought this will affect shadow streaming. Anyone knows how to fix it? My hardvare details: Application type (Windows) Shadow Client Version (Official) Local device CPU Intel Core I7-2630QM CPU@ 2.00GHz Local device GPU Intel (R) HD Graphics 3000 / Nvidia Geforce GT 630M Datacenter location US New York Other: Date when problem appeared. 25/05/2020 Did you take any action(s) which could have created this problem? Hey everyone! I just got access to Shadow, and I’m loving it. However, when I’m trying to play Fallout 4 I experience a game breaking issue. I can’t look around using the mouse. But the mouse works just fine in the menus. I’ve tried all kinds of troubleshooting tricks I’ve found online, from disabling the Steam overlay to disabling the game pad. Tweaking the ini. Disabling and reenabling v-sync. Everything. But nothing is working. Has anybody experienced a similar issue, and if so, have you solved it? Thanks for your help! Ludvig
I love shadow, I use it everyday for editing and gaming. My only minor problem is how the mouse feels when its in locked mode. It feels kind of dragged and off. I usually use unlocked cursor but thats not really an option in fps games. Any idea how to make it feel smoother in locked cursor mode?
When the client is not in fullscreen mode it suddenly freezes or closes entirely at random intervals, usually following a mouse press. This does not occur in fullscreen mode. Anyone has similar issues or a fix? I require the client in windowed mode to interact with other local applications alongside my Shadow. Many thanks for any assistance in advance, Kush

Are we at any point gonna be allowed to change the shadow we have through the middle of a year purchase. Like what I mean is I bought boost for a year and I have used it for about 4 months and I enjoyed what I got. I wanted to upgrade to ultra but I also don’t want to be paying for both at the same time so I wanted to know if it would be possible to change my boost into ultra even thought my year of boost is not finished?
Hello Shadow Community, Whenever I would play GTA 5 Online, my XBOX controller would sometimes be unresponsive and disconnect for couple of minutes. Has this happened to anyone with external USB peripherals? Was wondering if it’s my side of the end, or the client side, or even Shadow PC? I’ve done the usual, such as restarted streaming client and resetting USB connections but the unresponsive and disconnect still happens time to time.
