I'm using the android app on an Nvidia Shield.Since last week my mouse wheel is extremely slow. I had to increase from 3 lines at a time to 100 lines at a time to get it close to what it was before when scrolling through a browser window.In one of my main games, Elder Scrolls, it now does nothing. When redoing the settings in game it would recognize that I am moving the wheel but still does nothing when actually playing. Edit: when using shadow through my own PC everything works just fine.
IT makes no sense to me what so ever. To send me a email saying your shadow pc is ready just log in and bla bla blah. Shit still aint ready and i still cannot get into the damn pc, So why send me the damn mail when its not even close yet. arrrrghhh this company is driving me crazy
As title says, my connection to Shadow is slow even though I’m connected through Ethernet.Normally, I get these speeds: Ethernet Speed TestBut when I’m connected to Shadow, I don’t get anywhere near these speeds, and my connection status is always displayed as “Laggy”: Laggy connection statusI’ve tried opening up the ports through Firewall as directed in this article:Firewalls and Shadow – Shadow - Support (EN)However, it didn’t seem to change anything. Any tips on how to change this? It’s just really annoying trying to play games when my inputs are delayed.
I just activated my shadow, my hardware is more then alright (Ryzen 1600x and an R9 390). Ping is ~21ms, download and upload are both 200mbps. The boost is very responsive but from time to time there’s slight black lines in the screen. They appear outta nowhere and I have no clue what to do about it. Has anyone had this before?

HelloIt would be good for Shadow developers to add full support for the new play 5 controller, with its new features, because the touch works natively in games, I know that with the play 4 controller (touch pad) they did not , but I think this controller has functions that can enhance the playing experience * Touch pad* Adaptive triggers* Haptic feedback On my local pc, I can make it work with third-party programs, hopefully shadow can somehow make it work in the cloud, without doing this. When i try to start it up, it gives me the error code. I have cleared my cache and restarted my computer to reinstall it. But it seems like it does not work. I have contacted support and have got no answer to my problems. The launcher starts up perfectly, but when the shadow is ready and I click “start now” it starts to try and load into the cloud, but then stops and gives me error code R-0x4. Please help me. After installing and logging into the Amazon Games Launcher on my Shadow server the Amazon Games Launcher application crashes and the window closes with no errors or explanation. Looking at the running processes I see several services for Amazon Games running, but it always fails to start the launcher. Has anyone else experienced this behavior with Amazon Games Launcher? Does anyone have a solution I can try?
It's all in the title, this morning I woke up and like every day I checked my shadow account and my pre-order is no longer in my order, I just see my subscription ''pending activation'' in the ''subscription'' section. I really wonder what happening :( Problem fix.
Hey, When connecting to my shadow, there is no sound coming out of my laptop (Blade_Display or DigitalOutput, none of them are working). I also tried to connect my bluetooth headset (sony wh-1000xm3), but an error message comes out saying that it couldn’t go through (I need to turn the bluetooth on, or update the driver).It finds the headset as a microphone though, but still no sounds coming out from the laptop or the headset. Thanks for your help !
I've been using Shadow for a little more than a week now (using a wired connection) and it's been smooth for the most part. Unfortunately, now whenever I go to play games like Guilty Gear Strive I get stream fps drops to the mid 40's and It really takes you out of the game. I've tried messing around which my stream settings and lowering my bandwidth but the problem still persists. I've also restarted both my laptop and wifi numerous amounts of times. Any help would be appreciated! Edit: don't mind the latency that usually hovers around 18ms the only problem that's constant IS the Framrate though.
my problem is that my Mouse is totaly oversensitive in FPS Games.Everthing is ok when iam in Windows or in the game menu. But as soon iam in FPS Mode i have just to look at mouse to turn like crazy.I read several posts here and they all suggest to lock the Mouse in Frame with win+alt+m.It helps a little bit but the Mouse is still ridicules fast.If i turned down the sensitivity ingame to 0 or and smothing to max i can kinda navigate myself around but i got no chance to aim at something.I tried to change the Mouse speed in Windows to almost 0 but it doesnt help in the game at all, just in the game menu i can barelly move my mouse. I also tried Fullscreen mode and windowed no diffrence at all. Is there a way to tune the mouse sensitivity in shadow or should i buy a new mouse ?Btw on my Desktop PC the Mouse works just fine in menu or ingame. Thx in advance
If your having skippy audio uninstall all forwarded drivers.Shadow will auto set up your primary audio so you can hear sound.for the mic click the option to use microphone by using win+Alt+O menu. If u forwarded drivers via the Launcher and are using your fancy headset and mic with shadow that way I noticed the audio is very poor and skippy.Im using shadow on a local PC(ryzen 5 2600/RX 580 8GB/16GBRAM) and with 800download 900upload internet with 4-5ms ping to shadow.So the issue is not on my end.It could be a temporary issue shadow is having or maybe when u try to use audio this way its just not good for some reason. I discovered this issue because i forwarded drivers to shadow to use my webcam.and for some reason after doing this my mic wouldn't work with shadow.which never happened before, when I say before I've used shadow in the past and have just recently returned and this is the first time that this was a problem. I can’t get Razer Nari to play both music and recognize my mic. My mic works fine, but whenever i play a youtube video/listen to music the audio will go in and out, work for a few seconds, then start cutting out again. I have usb peripherals enabled and I’ve disabled all potential audio devices except for the nari’s. The headset works fine on my local device which leads me to believe it’s an issue with shadow. Anyone have a fix?
Hey Everyone, it is the first time this issue occured for me. But during the current Diablo 2 Resurected Beta my Mouse Cursor disappears as soon as I enter the game. No other game had this issue so far and the mouse is still physically there (as in I can still click things) I just do not see a cursor. It works totally fine if I start it on my laptop not on my Shadow, so I assume it is not an issue with the beta itself, but an issue within Shadow. Did anybody ever experience a similar issue and could solve it? Cheers,
So my Shadow was just activated yesterday. Worked incredibly from the moment I got the activation email up until I just got off of work. I downloaded GeForce experience and did the update. In the middle of the update there was a small transparent window stating shadow experienced an error, please turn off and then back on. Do not restart. Well it auto restarted after the updates were installed. So I guess it restarted when it wasn’t supposed to. Now when I try to start shadow (on any device) it’ll say ‘Starting Shadow’ for a few minutes and then it will either say ‘waiting for video’ (or just close out) in which after a few minutes it’ll return to the ‘Start Shadow’ screen. ive emailed support, they’ve escalated my ticket. I’ve turned the VM off (not that it would start but I tried) I unplugged my Apple TV 4K (primary use machine) uninstalled, logged out. I’ve done everything other than factory reset. Hello everyone,I pre-ordered my Shadow in January 2021 and now the activation has been postponed again. First from June to July, then to 30. August and now to 31. December. I#m really disappointed that it was postponed again without any information. :’( Is it the same for those who pre-ordered in January? best regards Chelios
