Just wanted to send my compliments to the team working on the alpha app! It’s SO AMAZING. I experienced slight stutter issues when I turned my head, but the hand controller tracking was smooth and perfect. Any tips on how to reduce stutter on head turn?
This video is of me running Half Life: Alyx on an Oculus Quest 2 via Shadow Boost tier. It's a great time to be a gamer. I don't even need to have a gaming PC to play PC VR. And I can do it wirelessly. The weird snap turning you see is a comfort feature I use so I don't get as dizzy when turning in the game.
I connected my Quest 2 to Steam VR using the Sideloaded app, ShadowVR Alpha version 3.4.5. I used SidequestVR to load the app.
Setup was super easy!
