Shadow does not show wifi, or Quest 2 connection on usb running on a mac

no Wifi on shadow therefore no side quest connection to Quest 2. No USB connection to quest 2 recognized via USB. No assistance from support in over a week. Unfortunate and frustrating.

Same problem here! I can use SteamVR for via Shadow VR App I had to install but not through authorized Quest 2 Software App because it’s not pairing.
