Hi. I just tried logging into my account online to see if anything changed but came up with “An error occurred during the update, try entering your payment details under billing.” And when I try clicking on either subscription or my orders it turns into a blank page and I have to refresh. Anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance.

hello.
i just wanted to know why is it going to take longer for EU players to have shadow.
i used to pay for it and had an account for over a year and with technical problems with my pc i wasn't able to play. now that i can i have to wait until august and i really want to play with my friends while in this pandemic. i love shadow its really amazing its just sad to see that i have to wait a really long time just to have my account reactivated even tho i was happy to pay the original price all this time just had a hickup with my computer.
as well as i had an email saying it was activated and it wasnt. ive been thinking that it was a technical problem which im ok with. just wanted to know why its taking so long and if there will be any update on it to be out sooner than it is.

Activation by end of June

Target by next Monday’s update:
Latest activation has May 5th pre-order date

 

 

I pre-ordered on May 19th. According to last week’s update, activations by this week were through May 3rd. But this week’s activations are only through May 5th?

Unless next week’s activations have a much broader date range, I don’t see how I’m going to be activated in June.

Can you confirm this week is only up to May 5th?

Hey! You will get activated in the month of July, starting in July.

I pre ordered a Shadow Ultra in November 2019 and a temporary boost subscription on March 6th 2020 and neither have been activated yet (Paris datacenter).

 

Any idea when I can expect these to be active? After 2 support tickets I have no idea when/if I will be able to use my shadow.

  • Beginning at 8am local time each day for each DC
  • And sometimes squeeze in a few extra activations before we finish assessing activation status on Monday to provide this update

so does it continue to activate over the weekend? Or is Thursday then end for that week

Because target date is 4/30 by Monday’s update Or is it by Thursday

It means that by next monday, for this region, we should have activated all people who preordered before the 8th of June.

I can confirm it is only up to may 5th.
We are activating people based on current users behavior or when we add additional capacity to our datacenters. Some weeks, user’s behavior will change hence our ability to activate.

Hello,
It is longer in Europe because we have received more preorders relative to our capacity here vs the USA. We have been working on deploying more capacity/DC in EU since the beginning of the year but those things take time and there is not a world where we could have been faster. Some would say we are victims of our success :(.
Trust me we wish we had capacity to run live sales and not work with the very long waiting queue we currently have (October 2020 for Paris DC at the moment).
