For those of you who have pre-ordered Shadow and are still waiting, know one important thing:
We *still* haven’t forgotten you!
For Week 2 of our new weekly updates here, we’ve made a small edit to what we added last week: “End of Week target”
Monitoring the chatter, we noticed that “End of Week” led to the impression that people who had not been activated by Thursday might be activated Friday. The reality is that currently we,
- Activate Monday through Thursday
- Beginning at 8am local time each day for each DC
- And sometimes squeeze in a few extra activations before we finish assessing activation status on Monday to provide this update
Because of this, we’ve changed that last part to be: “Target by next Monday’s update”
It is still effectively our target for our end of the week, but we hope this name change helps clarify any confusion. Looking forward to hearing your feedback!
Below is the activation information by datacenter - you can check which datacenter you belong to if you don’t know.
CHICAGO:
If pre-order date is before May 26th:
Activation by end of June
If pre-order date is between May 26th - June 1st:
Activation by July 23rd 2020
If pre-order date is June 1st or later:
Activations starting July 2020
Target by next Monday’s update:
Latest activation has May 1st pre-order date
DALLAS:
If pre-order date is before May 26th:
Activation by end of June
If pre-order date is between May 26th - June 1st:
Activation by July 23rd 2020
If pre-order date is June 1st or later:
Activations starting July 2020
Target by next Monday’s update:
Latest activation has April 30th pre-order date
NEW YORK:
